Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse – LVN or RN to join our Texas team. You will lead care teams, oversee medication administration, and ensure comprehensive resident care in a fast-paced setting.

In this role, you will implement and document care plans, perform treatments, transcribe orders, and mentor support staff while maintaining safety and infection control standards. A valid RN or LVN license in good standing is required.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LVN license in good standing.
• Experience in direct resident care, medication administration, and documentation.
• Excellent communication and ability to coordinate workflows.

Responsibilities

We’re seeking a dedicated and reliable Charge Nurse – LVN or RN to join our growing team! This role requires trustworthiness, consistency in attendance, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment. Your Impact as a Charge Nurse – LVN or RN

In this role, you will:

• Direct Care Teams: Provide guidance to Nurse Aides to ensure appropriate care for residents.

• Administer Medications: Properly and safely administer resident medications as prescribed.

• Implement Care Plans: Execute resident care plans in compliance with company policies, federal guidelines, and physician orders.

• Perform Treatments: Deliver treatments as required to ensure resident health and comfort.

• Transcribe Orders: Accurately and promptly transcribe physician orders.

• Document Resident Care: Maintain timely and accurate documentation in resident charts and complete required nursing assessments.

• Collaborate During Shift Reports: Participate in shift reports to ensure seamless communication and care continuity.

• Educate Support Staff: Implement nursing policies and procedures, educating staff on the care needs of residents.

• Maintain Safety Standards: Promote a safe working environment by complying with infection control and body mechanic procedures.

• Address Staffing Needs: Respond to staffing shortages by arranging for replacement staff as necessary.
