You will document resident care, participate in shift reports, and support high-quality outcomes for residents.

The role requires reliable attendance, strong clinical skills, and the ability to educate staff while maintaining infection control standards and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in good standing.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to organize workflows.
• Ability to respond promptly to emergencies and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

We're seeking a dedicated and reliable Charge Nurse - LVN or RN to join our growing team! In This Role, You Will

• Direct Care Teams: Provide guidance to Nurse Aides to ensure appropriate care for residents.
• Administer Medications: Properly and safely administer resident medications as prescribed.
• Implement Care Plans: Execute resident care plans in compliance with company policies, federal guidelines, and physician orders.
• Perform Treatments: Deliver treatments as required to ensure resident health and comfort.
• Transcribe Orders: Accurately and promptly transcribe physician orders.
• Document Resident Care: Maintain timely and accurate documentation in resident charts and complete required nursing assessments.
• Collaborate During Shift Reports: Participate in shift reports to ensure seamless communication and care continuity.
• Educate Support Staff: Implement nursing policies and procedures, educating staff on the care needs of residents.
• Maintain Safety Standards: Promote a safe working environment by complying with infection control and body mechanic procedures.
