Hireology in Texas is seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse – LVN or RN to lead care teams and support resident well-being in a dynamic environment.

You will administer medications, implement care plans, document care, and collaborate during shift reports while upholding safety and infection control standards. RN or LVN license in good standing is required.

Responsabilités

We’re seeking a dedicated and reliable Charge Nurse – LVN or RN to join our growing team! This role requires trustworthiness, consistency in attendance, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment. Your Impact as a Charge Nurse – LVN or RN

In this role, you will:

• Direct Care Teams: Provide guidance to Nurse Aides to ensure appropriate care for residents.

• Administer Medications: Properly and safely administer resident medications as prescribed.

• Implement Care Plans: Execute resident care plans in compliance with company policies, federal guidelines, and physician orders.

• Perform Treatments: Deliver treatments as required to ensure resident health and comfort.

• Transcribe Orders: Accurately and promptly transcribe physician orders.

• Document Resident Care: Maintain timely and accurate documentation in resident charts and complete required nursing assessments.

• Collaborate During Shift Reports: Participate in shift reports to ensure seamless communication and care continuity.

• Educate Support Staff: Implement nursing policies and procedures, educating staff on the care needs of residents.

• Maintain Safety Standards: Promote a safe working environment by complying with infection control and body mechanic procedures.

• Address Staffing Needs: Respond to staffing shortages by arranging for replacement staff as necessary.
