Cantex Continuing Care Network is seeking a Charge Nurse (LVN/LPN) to provide direct patient care and nursing leadership in a long-term care setting. You will oversee care delivery, coordinate plans, and ensure compliance with physician orders and licensure requirements.

The role includes supervising CNAs, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with RNs to adjust care as patient conditions change. Strong English communication and a valid LVN/LPN license are required.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing School with a current LVN/LPN license in the applicable state.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.

Mansioni

• Observe, assess, document, and report patient conditions and changes per clinical policies.
• Maintain EMR documentation related to patient assessments and care activities.
• Consult with RNs and Nurse Managers regarding changes in patient condition.
• Receive, transcribe, and execute physician orders.
• Implement care plans and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assign duties to CNAs and monitor delivery of care.
