We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Charge Nurse (LVN) to oversee the daily operations of our nursing department. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for:
Leading by Example: Provide guidance and mentorship to LVNs and other nursing staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Quality Patient Care: Ensure that all patients receive high-quality care, addressing their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
Staff Management: Coordinate the activities of the nursing team, assigning tasks and prioritizing workflows to ensure efficient and effective care.
Regulatory Compliance: Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and company policies.

Education: LVN degree or equivalent.
