American Senior Communities in Indiana seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the evening shift to provide compassionate elder care and build meaningful relationships with residents. You will apply nursing skills to promote residents' physical and psychosocial well-being and collaborate with the care team to deliver coordinated services.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license in Indiana.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
