Hcshiring in Richland, GA is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our caring team. You will collaborate with RNs and CNAs to deliver patient-centered care, administer meds, and document care plans in a supportive setting.

Formación

• Active LPN license (GA or eligible).

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Your Impact as an LPN:
