Ethica Health is seeking an LPN in Georgia to provide compassionate, patient-centered care as part of an interdisciplinary team. The role emphasizes accuracy, empathy, and collaboration with RNs and CNAs to meet individual care plans.

Formación

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligible.
• Compassionate, high-quality patient care.

• Reliability and commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Your Impact as an LPN:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
