Job summary

Lodge Nursing & Rehab, a Caring Place Healthcare Group facility, is seeking a Charge Nurse (LPN or RN) to join a resident-centered care team in Ohio. Pay ranges from $28.00 to $34.00 per hour, with full-time benefits including insurance, disability, PTO, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.

Responsibilities include administering meds and treatments, coordinating with the care team, supervising aides, and documenting resident status.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Ohio.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current CPR certification.
• One year of experience in healthcare, long-term care, or skilled nursing preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Compassion, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

• Provide quality nursing care in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor residents' conditions.
• Communicate with physicians, healthcare team members, residents, and families to ensure continuity of care. Accurately document care and resident status in the medical record.
• Supervise nurse aides and medication aides, ensuring procedures and resident rights are upheld.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living when needed.
• Promote a safe, clean, calm, and supportive environment for residents and staff.
• Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Participate in in-service programs, educational opportunities, and team meetings.

What We're Looking For:

• Current LPN license in Ohio.
