Caring Place Healthcare Group seeks a dedicated Charge Nurse (LPN) for Western Hills Retirement Village in Cincinnati, OH. Join a resident-centered care team and lead nursing practice with passion and professionalism.

Responsibilities include administering medications, supervising aides, documenting care, and coordinating with physicians to ensure continuous, high-quality resident care. Ohio LPN license and CPR are required; training and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Ohio.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current CPR certification.
• One year of experience in healthcare, long-term care, or skilled nursing preferred.

• Provide quality nursing care in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor residents’ conditions.
• Communicate with physicians, healthcare team members, residents, and families to ensure continuity of care. Accurately document care and resident status in the medical record.
• Supervise nurse aides and medication aides, ensuring procedures and resident rights are upheld.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living when needed.
• Promote a safe, clean, calm, and supportive environment for residents and staff.
• Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Participate in in-service programs, educational opportunities, and team meetings.
• Promote dignity, comfort, and well-being.

What We're Looking For:

• Current LPN license in Ohio.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current CPR certification.
