Northbrook Rehabilitation Center is actively hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver skilled nursing care and clinical support. The LPN works closely with Registered Nurses and the inter-disciplinary team to monitor residents and respond to changing clinical needs.

The role offers Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN shifts, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus paid over one year. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, PTO, and EAP, plus daily pay options.

Qualifications

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays an essential role in resident care, treatment delivery, and monitoring clinical status. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will work closely with Registered Nurses and the interdisciplinary team.

What We Offer
Compensation: $30.50 - $35.50 per hour | Daily Pay Available!

Schedule and Employment Type

• Full-Time Days (6AM - 2PM)

• Part-Time Evenings (2PM - 10PM)

• Full-Time Nights (10PM - 6AM)

• Weekend packages available for all shifts

• PRN | All shifts | Required to work at least 2 shifts per month
