Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced Charge Nurse (RN) to lead nursing operations at our Frederick, MD center. This hands‑on leadership role balances patient care with staff development and quality improvement, with a structured morning schedule.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, has prior Charge Nurse or leadership experience, and can manage medication workflows, audits, and staff development in a fast‑paced outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Proven experience as a Charge Nurse or nursing leadership role.
• Strong clinical judgment and up‑to‑date nursing practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead a team.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Oversee dispensing and nursing operations to ensure high‑quality patient care.
• Guide care planning in collaboration with medical providers and clinical staff.
• Step in for direct patient care when needed and monitor outcomes for continuous improvement.
