• Rounds on every patient daily to evaluate quality and appropriateness of care.
• Oversee the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate safe, patient-centered care with effective hand-offs and interdisciplinary communication.
• Promote safety, quality, and evidence-based practice in daily operations.
• Lead staffing, unit throughput, and physician rounding as required.
