Job summary

AdventHealth in Killeen, Texas seeks a skilled nurse leader to coordinate patient care across units, develop individualized care plans, and monitor progress. You will collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to provide comprehensive, high-quality care while supervising nursing staff and guiding clinical operations.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license, have strong leadership abilities, and can communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

RN license required (Texas) and active nursing credentials.
Experience in acute care hospital setting preferred.
Ability to lead, manage, and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

Coordinate patient care across PACU, inpatient units, Radiology, and anesthesia.
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessments and orders.
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists, and other providers for coordinated care.
Prioritize patient needs based on acuity and urgency.
Supervise nursing assistants and support staff; ensure adherence to care standards.
