Job summary
AdventHealth in Denver, CO is seeking a full-time RN to coordinate patient care across PACU, inpatient units, Radiology, and anesthesia. You will develop individualized care plans and monitor patient progress, adjusting as necessary.
You will collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure timely, high-quality care and educate patients and families on plans of care and disease management.
Qualifications
- Must maintain current nursing license and knowledge of unit care requirements.
- Ability to lead and supervise staff and participate in committees.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care across PACU, inpatient units, Radiology, and anesthesia.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessments and orders.
- Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists, and providers for coordinated care.
- Prioritize patient needs based on acuity and urgency.
- Educate patients and families about care plans and disease management.
- Respond to emergencies and stabilize patients.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
