Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct care teams to ensure appropriate resident care.
• Administer medications safely as prescribed.
• Implement and monitor resident care plans.
• Deliver treatments to support resident health and comfort.
• Transcribe physician orders accurately and promptly.
• Document care in resident charts and complete nursing assessments.
• Participate in shift reports for continuity of care.
• Educate staff on nursing policies and resident needs.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
• Address staffing needs by arranging replacements when required.
