Corewell Health Taylor Hospital is seeking a Charge Lead Nurse to provide direct oversight of unit processes and staffing for the Progressive Care Unit. You will manage staffing changes, respond to patient care issues, and guide resource allocation during codes and emergencies on the Taylor Campus.

Qualified candidates will have an Associate degree (BSN within 5 years), 2+ years of nursing experience, and MI RN licensure with BLS certification.

Qualificações

• RN licensure in Michigan required.
• BLS certification (AHA/ARC/Canadian) required upon hire.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience.

• Provide direct oversight and supervision of on-line unit processes.
• Oversee staffing and scheduling changes to ensure adequate patient flow.
