Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group's Terrace Health and Rehab in Uniontown, PA is seeking a qualified RN or LPN to join a dedicated SNF team. This full-time role offers Day Shift, $40–$46 per hour, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus paid in quarterly installments.

You will assess residents' needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, supervise CNAs, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards while delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of work, e.g., PA.
• Must possess a current CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and supervise nursing assistants and other staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and Nursing Policies.
