Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% shift coverage with appropriate staff mix.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain a minimum audit score and address deficiencies.
• Ensure timely clinical documentation and sick-call responses.
• Identify and escalate high‑risk patients through established channels.
• Ensure accurate shift handoff reports and participate in meetings.
• Support cross‑coverage and special assignments.
