Piedmont Fayette Hospital in Georgia is hiring a Charge Nurse for the ICU. This full-time night-shift role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for experienced nurses and a chance to join a collaborative team dedicated to excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a nursing program.
• 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital setting required.
• Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC multistate license.
• BLS and ACLS certification required (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• 2+ years of nursing experience in hospital setting preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Advanced certification in specialty field if applicable.
• Demonstrated clinical competency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates delivery of quality nursing care from birth through the lifecycle.
• Provides clinical care as needed when census demands.
• Communicates patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to leadership.
• Serves as a resource for guidance and assistance to staff.

Responsibilities

Coordinates the delivery of quality nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle, as well as operational issues during his/her shift. Provides clinical care as needed when census demands. Communicates patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to the appropriate leader(s). Serves as resource for guidance and assistance to the staff.

• Must have graduated from a nursing program.
• One (1) Year of nursing experience in a hospital setting is required.
• Current License in the state of Georgia as a registered nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
• BLS and ACLS Certification is required. Must obtain certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
• Two (2) or more years of nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Advanced certification in field of specialty, if applicable.
