We are seeking a n ICU Clinical Supervisor, also referred to as a n Intensive Care Charge Nurse. The ICU Charge RN oversees the efficient functioning of the ICU department balancing administrative duties with patient care. The ICU Charge Nurse coordinate s patient flow, ensuring the right resources are available for patient needs and that priority cases are addressed promptly. Th e Charge Nurse will manage staff, assign duties based on skill and patient load while providing guidance and support ing the nursing team.
