This role serves as a clinical and operational resource, ensuring effective patient progression, high-quality care coordination, regulatory compliance, staff development, and exceptional patient experiences. The Charge Nurse provides leadership for department workflows, staff scheduling, education, and documentation review while partnering closely with the Director of the Hospitalist Program to address patient experience concerns, process improvement initiatives, and departmental goals.Education QualificationsBachelor's Degree Bachelors of Science: Nursing (BSN) PreferredExperience Qualifications2 years Current experience in related clinical field in acute care facility. RequiredWhat you will doServe as a clinical and operational resource while supporting interdisciplinary rounds, patient progression, discharge planning, and safe transitions of care.Lead orientation, education, competency development, coaching, mentoring, and performance support for Hospitalist Case Managers.Direct daily Hospitalist Case Management operations, including workflow coordination, staffing coverage, and resolution of operational barriers.Audit case management documentation and monitor quality, regulatory, and performance measures; provide feedback and implement improvement plans.
