Vibra Hospital Fargo is seeking a Charge Nurse to lead nursing staff on the day shift. You will oversee patient care delivery, coordinate personnel, and ensure compliance with hospital policies. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership in a busy 31-bed unit.

Requirements include nursing licensure in ND, Diploma/AS in Nursing, and BLS/ACLS. Preferred BSN, CC RN and supervisory experience; strong organization and problem-solving skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• Current, valid RN license in the state of employment required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient, high quality patient care.
• Manage nursing personnel, shift coordination and daily operations.
• Develop systems and procedures for daily operations and training.
• Provide information, support and problem solving for the team.
