Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment.

• ACLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required within six months of hire.
• One year of medical/surgical hospital experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care delivery using the nursing process for each patient.
• Provide direct care and supervise all nursing care per Nurse Practice Act.
• Coordinate nursing unit activities related to patient care and education.
• Provide leadership and clinical guidance to nursing staff and other personnel.
