Job summary

Health Systems Management, Inc. in Archdale, NC seeks a Charge Nurse to lead the dialysis unit with direct and supervisory nursing responsibilities. The role requires an accredited nursing program graduate, current RN licensure in the state, and at least 1 year of RN experience; dialysis experience preferred.

The position offers an up to $13,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO from day one, and more.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure appropriate to the state of practice.
• Required: 1 year of RN experience.
• Preferred: 3 months of dialysis experience.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and to fill in when needed.
• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills.
• Employee must successfully pass the Ishihara’s Color Blind Test.

Responsibilities

• Provides prescribed medical treatment and dialysis treatment to the clients of the unit.
• Renders professional and technical nursing care to dialysis patients.
• Provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.

• Collaborates with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to achieve high standards of care.
• Ensures a secure and safe patient environment by following safety policies and standards of care.
• This position requires frequent standing and bending.

• Ensures a secure and safe patient environment by following safety policies, procedures and standards of care.
• This position requires frequent and prolonged periods of standing and bending.

Education Requirements and Position Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure appropriate to the state of practice.
• Required: Must have 1 year of RN experience.
• Preferred: 3 months of dialysis experience.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and to fill in when needed.
