Job summary

Health Marketing in Atlanta seeks a Charge RN for the Cardiovascular Operating Room to lead nursing operations, coordinate day-to-day unit activities, and uphold patient safety and high-quality care. You will oversee staff, serve as a clinical contact, and coordinate with surgeons and anesthesia for seamless intraoperative care.

You will mentor the team, champion patient-centered care, and drive continuous quality improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and workflow.

Qualifications

• RN with strong CVOR/cardiovascular perioperative knowledge.
• Proven leadership and staff oversight capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to partner with surgeons, anesthesia, and multidisciplinary teams.
