Affinity Home Health Care Inc. is seeking an experienced OR Charge Nurse (RN) to coordinate departmental functions, supervise staff, and liaise with surgeons and stakeholders.

This role focuses on planning to meet regulatory standards and ensuring high-quality patient care aligned with nursing best practices. The ideal candidate holds a nursing degree with RN licensure, 2+ years of clinical experience, and applicable CPR/ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a nursing degree from an accredited school; BSN preferred.
• At least two years of relevant clinical nursing experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid RN license in the state; CPR, ACLS, and specialty certifications as applicable.
• Effective interpersonal, communication, and decision‑making skills, especially under pressure.
• Ability to manage departmental budgets and implement change.
• Additional Requirements: Certification in specialty areas may be required based on department needs.

Position Overview:

The Operating Room (OR) Charge Nurse (RN) coordinates departmental functions, manages staffing, and acts as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders. Responsible for developing plans to meet regulatory standards, mentoring staff, and ensuring quality patient care aligned with professional nursing practices.
