Job summary

Colonial Manor in Tulsa, Oklahoma is seeking a compassionate Charge Nurse on the night shift (7p to 7a). We invite qualified LPNs or RNs to join our team and provide high-quality patient care to an elderly and medically complex population.

You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, collaborate with physicians and the care team, document care, and support residents through transfers and daily activities. A fast-paced setting and a supportive, growth-focused culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma LPN or RN licensure.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift/position patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse or Physicians.
• Assist with resident transfers, ambulations, and bedside care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN or RN to join our Night Shift team at Colonial Manor, a leading provider of exceptional patient care in Tulsa, Oklahoma. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for our patients, many of whom are elderly or have complex medical conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

Requirements:
