Job summary

Touchstone Communities seeks a Charge Nurse (LVN or RN) to lead nursing care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. This on-site role coordinates resident care, supervises staff, and ensures accurate assessments, medication administration, and documentation.

You will collaborate with therapy, physicians, and families to support recovery and long-term care goals, guided by servant leadership and faith-based values, fostering compassion, integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• LVN or RN licensure required.
