Job summary

Atrium Centers is a 100% employee-owned organization operating a 65-bed skilled nursing community in Ironwood, MI. We are seeking a licensed RN or LPN for Full Time - 1st Shift to deliver direct nursing care and support a collaborative, mission-driven team.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, supervise nursing assistants, and maintain compliant documentation while following infection control standards and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in the state of practice.
• Medication Administration and IV certification (as applicable).
• Working knowledge of state rules and regulations.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-focused approach to care.
• Passion for improving the lives of residents.

Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans.
• Administer medications and complete treatments based on individual resident needs.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes promptly.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility policies and regulations.
• Follow all state rules, regulations, and infection control standards.
