Avir at Willowcreek is seeking an RN or LVN Charge Nurse to join our multi-disciplinary team in Abilene, TX. You will supervise daily nursing activities on your unit and provide direct care to residents using individualized care plans guided by the charge nurse.

In this role you’ll supervise licensed and unlicensed staff, conduct routine rounds, document care and ensure regulatory compliance, all while contributing to a warm, home-like atmosphere for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas nurse license.
• CPR certification.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations.
