Job summary
Magnolia Manor in Groves, TX is seeking an LVN/LPN charge nurse to lead and support the nursing team. You will participate in and oversee patient care, perform assessments, document changes, and ensure care plans are implemented.
You will supervise CNA staff, administer medications as prescribed, and ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulations. Graduation from an accredited nursing program and a valid LVN/LPN license are required.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
- Valid LVN/LPN license in Texas.
- Experience in clinical supervision preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee patient care within the LVN/LPN scope and report changes.
- Observe, assess, document in EMR and ensure care plans are followed.
- Supervise CNA staff and administer medications as prescribed.
