Qualifications

• College level course in Medical Terminology desirable.
• Six months computer experience - MS Excel and Word.
• Alphabetical and numerical filing experience.
• Experience with printers, copiers, fax machines, and multi-line phone systems.
• Typing speed of 45 w.p.m. and 10-key by touch.
• Must have knowledge of Cerner Millennium, QSI.
• Applicant must have very good mathematical skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Accuracy and dependability a must.
• Overtime may be required to meet monthly deadlines to ensure payment posting.

Position Summary:

To ensure thorough, accurate and timely cash posting for services delivered at Yukon Kuskokwim Health Corporation patient care facilities. Responsible for the timely review and entry of third party payments.
