Job summary

Munson Healthcare in Michigan is seeking a Charge Coordinator to oversee Surgical Services charge journaling and processing. You will audit, correct, and submit charges while coordinating with Clinical Staff and Supply Chain to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires hands-on experience in surgical billing and collaboration across departments. RN or Scrub Tech experience is preferred, with at least five years in surgical environments.

TheCharge Coordinator is responsible for overseeing Surgical Services Charge Journaling and is directly responsible for Surgical Services Charge processing, auditing, correcting, and submission. In addition to Charging the position is also the process owner of Resource Map management and works closely with Clinical Staff and Supply Chain to accomplish these tasks. Other responsibilities include coverage and support of departmental positions.
