Job summary

Progeny HR Solutions LLC seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator—Charge to oversee Med-Surg, NICU, and Oncology units in Kansas City, MO. The CNC ensures patient-centered care, directs staff, and partners with leadership to optimize outcomes and throughput.

Shifts include Days, Nights and Weekends with rotating weekends; requires leadership experience and ACLS/BLS. Sign-on and relocation options are case-by-case.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of clinical practice in the unit and leadership experience.
• ACUTE CARE LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE in LEVEL TRAUMA 1 hospital setting preferred.
• ACLS/BLS within 30 days of start date.
• Registered Nurse Diploma and active state license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing care and coordinate unit functions during shifts.
• Assist with admissions and discharges to maintain throughput.
• Collaborate with management to improve patient care quality and outcomes.
• Support staffing, scheduling, and staff development initiatives.
• Support inventory control and equipment management.
