Summary: Assist in the day-to-day activities in the Charcuterie Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Providing premier customer service, including greeting customers and responding to questions.
• Selecting and packaging products ordered by customers.
• Filling, maintaining special orders and party trays.
• Stocks product, rotates product and marks product.
• Operates meat and cheese slicers, oven, cutting tools and other equipment in department.
• Assist with food preparation.
• Sweep and mop floors as well as empty trash. Assist with sanitation process.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Observe all store rules and company policies.
• Maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance at all times and observe company dress regulations.
• Follow safety guidelines when working, especially when lifting, using cutting tools, large machinery, ladders, stretch and take breaks when performing repetitive motions, etc.
• Follow health guidelines to ensure safe product is provided to our customers.
• Knowledge of Weight & Measure Laws.

Education/Experience:
