Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking Product Development Engineers to join the Operations Product Development Engineering GPU Team in Santa Clara, CA. You will help productize NVIDIA’s chips for consumer, professional and data center markets, driving architecture designs to market and improving manufacturing efficiency through advanced test processes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in product development engineering or related work.
• Strong problem solving, data-driven decisions and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with digital design, circuit analysis and device physics.
• Knowledge of ATE test flows, DFT and related concepts.
• Proficiency in JMP or similar statistical analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive architecture designs to market as part of the GPU product team.
• Implement CP test processes to improve manufacturing efficiency for GPUs.
• Identify yield bottlenecks and drive test/wafer/package level resolutions.
• Propose DOEs and tackle complex characterization problems.
• Lead cross-functional efforts with design, foundry, DFT, test, planning and quality.
• Influence future ASIC designs to improve test coverage and yields.
