Job summary

Fox C-6 School District’s Character Kids Club is seeking a Site Assistant to help run daily operations, supervise children, and support lesson planning at a designated school site.

This part-time, non-exempt position reports to the CKC Site Coordinator and CKC Program Director and starts immediately, with duties including attendance, safety, and family communication. The role offers opportunities to contribute to a safe, engaging environment and requires strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working with children.
• Ability to plan lessons, track student records, and manage CKC supplies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children in the care of Character Kids Club.
• Provide a safe, fun environment through group management and safety precautions.
• Assist Site Coordinator with weekly tuition collections.
• Participate in all required staff meetings and trainings.
• Substitute at alternate locations when needed.
