Job description

Must have Chapter 11 experience This role supports bankruptcy case administration by managing creditor matrix data, preparing Schedules and SOFAs, coordinating First Day case setup, and serving as a primary client contact. The position requires strong communication, organization, and Excel proficiency, as well as the ability to manage multiple case components simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, prepare, and process creditor matrix data; research missing creditor information.
• Create and maintain the First Day Workbook and coordinate client approvals.
• Set up debtor website and hotline, including drafting voice message scripts.
• Communicate with clients regarding outstanding items needed for case filings.
• Prepare, update, and track Schedules and SOFAs; circulate drafts and amendments.
• Review Disclosure Statements and Plans to identify voting parties and solicitation needs.
• Create Plan Class Report templates for IT to populate.
• Delegate tasks and follow up with team members to ensure completion.
• Review Affidavits of Service (AOS) and support Claims and Noticing teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned cases, managing email and phone communications.
