Job summary

Inuplands is seeking a chaplain to deliver expert spiritual care and crisis intervention to patients, families, and IU Health colleagues in a hospital setting. The role includes on-call responsibilities to respond to crises as they arise.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's, a Master of Divinity or equivalent, 0–3 years of pastoral care experience, and preferably one Clinical Pastoral Education unit, with endorsement from a religious community being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Master of Divinity Degree or its equivalency from an accredited institution as certified by the Association of Professional Chaplains or cognate body with similar standards preferred.
• Requires 0-3 years of spiritual care experience in a related field.
• Requires a minimum of one unit of Clinical Pastoral Education accredited preferably through the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education or equivalent experience.
• Prefer endorsement and maintenance of endorsement by a religious community.
