Overview

Title: Chaplain Part-Time

Location: Kokomo, IN

USD 21.15 - USD 25.00 Per Hour [Employer Est.]

Responsibilities

• Promote the importance of a missionary mindset by building caring relationships with all assigned employees.
• Follow the CCA Team Member Handbook and other training materials.
• Provide on-call support to assigned employees and owners.
• Build and maintain clear two-way communication and trust throughout CCA and with the companies served.
• Display a team player attitude with fellow chaplains and managers.
• Comply with requests and directions from senior CCA leaders.

Minimum of 5-7 years of full-time secular workplace experience; a business degree may reduce this requirement. (Church work does not count as workplace experience.) A Bachelor's Degree in Biblical Studies from an accredited college or university is required; a Master of Divinity is preferred.

Required technology skills include the ability to use a computer and software (such as Word & Excel), Internet, and cell phone.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents; respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints; write speeches and articles with original or innovative techniques; and make persuasive speeches and presentations on complex topics to top management, public groups, and boards of directors.

Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions furnished in various formats.
