Job summary

The Bible Chapel PA. is seeking a Part-time Childcare Coordinator to organize safe, staffed childcare for Kids programs and events.

You will work with ministry leaders to assess childcare needs and staff accordingly, while ensuring adherence to safety policies and onboarding steps. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules in PC O, recruiting and training workers, and communicating clearly with parents and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or coordinating teams or volunteers in church, school, camp, or childcare settings.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple requests and staff schedules.
• Familiarity with Planning Center Online (PCO) or willingness to learn is expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate childcare for ministry programs, classes, meetings and events.
• Assess needs with ministry leaders and schedule workers, communicating gaps to leadership.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and support paid and volunteer childcare workers.
