Job description

Metropolis Resort is seeking an energetic and responsible Chaos Waterpark Manager to join our leadership team. This position leads by example, motivates team members, and helps ensure a safe, clean, and fun environment for all guests.

This is a part-time position requiring both weekday and weekend availability, with weekends being the primary need. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications include previous leadership or supervisor experience and previous waterpark or aquatic experience, both preferred. American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification is required, or the candidate must be willing to become recertified.

Responsibilities include supervising and supporting waterpark team members, assisting guests and resolving concerns, overseeing daily waterpark operations, monitoring safety procedures, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, assisting with employee training, supporting lifeguards and other staff, handling cash and POS transactions, assisting with opening and closing procedures, and reporting operational and safety concerns to management.

Pay: $20.00 per hour.
