Channel Sales Manager (Remote) – AR/VR Industry

How it All Started

We put on a VR headset for the first time in 2016 and were struck with a simple idea. “VR is going to change the world and we want to be part of shaping it for good.”

We started in retail and quickly realized the need for software in a commercial setting. We built a device management platform & launched in 2017.

Over the next 18 months we became the market leader in Location-Based VR Entertainment with customers in 40+ countries. In 2020, with five years of experience in scaling XR globally, we narrowed our focus to enterprise.

Our fully remote team (US, Canada, Germany, Italy, the UK, and the Netherlands) is building ArborXR, a device management platform used by companies, OEMs, and hardware manufacturers.

We’re looking for a Channel Sales Manager to help us grow and manage our reseller and distributor partnerships worldwide.

  • Develop Strategic Partnerships – Identify and cultivate relationships with top-tier resellers and distributors to expand our channel network.
  • Manage the Channel Sales Process – Oversee pipeline, deals, quotes, purchase orders, invoices, and overall partner performance.
  • Support & Enable Partners – Onboard new resellers, provide ongoing training, and equip partners with sales enablement tools to drive success.
  • Optimize & Formalize Processes – Streamline workflows for reseller agreements, margins, and global partnerships to ensure efficiency.
  • Drive Revenue Growth – Identify new opportunities, onboard high-value partners, and ensure channel sales contribute to overall company success.
  • Act as a Key Liaison – Work closely with partners to ensure they have the resources and support needed to sell and succeed.
  • Travel & Onsite Engagements – Visit key resellers for onsite meetings, product demos, lunch-and-learns, and relationship-building events.
  • Bundle Development – Work closely with the Head of Alliances to identify top ISV partners, structure compelling bundles, and successfully launch them through the channel.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience – 3+ years in channel sales, managing reseller relationships, or a related role.
  • Global Perspective – Comfortable working with partners across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Strong Communicator – Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Channel Sales Expertise – Proven ability to manage pipeline, negotiate agreements, and drive results through a reseller model.
  • Tech-Savvy – Experience with SaaS, XR, or immersive technology is a must.
  • Self-Starter – Able to work remotely without micromanagement and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to Travel – Excited to visit partners in person, host events, and build deeper reseller relationships.

The pay range for this role is:

90,000 - 100,000 USD per year (Remote - Austin, US)

90,000 - 100,000 USD per year (Remote - Denver, US)
