Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

• Manage the daily activity of producers to ensure a strong pipeline.
• Coach & guide agents to cross-sell and grow their business.
• Help individual agents achieve Year On Year growth.
• Ensure IRDA compliance regarding licensing & commission payments to agents.
• Maintain the quality of applications.
• Support and guide producers in all activities related to policy services.
• Recruit and appoint agents for General Insurance business.
• Train agents on products, processes, and the USP of the company.
