Company Overview

Remote Role - Los Angeles, Denver, Chicago, Seattle, Salt Lake City

The Channel Manager (CM) will be responsible for winning, onboarding, maintaining, and expanding relations with channel partners within an assigned territory. The CM will understand the overall sales strategy and implement tactics to grow sales revenue. The CM represents the company's products and services to partners to achieve recruitment and sales objectives.

Responsibilities
  1. Proactively recruit new qualifying partners.
  2. Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in partner accounts/territories.
  3. Coordinate involvement of company personnel to meet partner performance objectives and expectations.
  4. Meet targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in partner accounts.
  5. Lead joint planning processes to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and milestones.
  6. Assess, clarify, and validate partner needs regularly.
  7. Sell through partner organizations to end users with partner sales resources.
  8. Manage potential channel conflict through communication and adherence to rules of engagement.
  9. Lead solution development addressing end-user needs, coordinating all necessary personnel.
  10. Ensure partner compliance with agreements.
  11. Drive adoption of company programs among partners.
  12. Achieve sales quota in designated partner accounts.
  13. Complete partner account plans meeting company standards.
  14. Manage funnel, forecast, and sales opportunities.
  15. Maintain high partner satisfaction ratings.
  16. Complete required training and development within the timeframe.
Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution. Required

Work Experience

  • 4-6 years minimum, with at least 5 years of channel sales experience in a B2B environment, proven success, and existing partner relationships. Required

Language Skills

  • English - High
  • Spanish - Medium (a plus)
