What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support to channel partners during the pre-sales process, including product demonstrations and addressing technical inquiries
- Own the technical success of strategic channel partners and set quarterly milestones for their development
- Develop and conduct training sessions and workshops for channel partners to enhance their technical knowledge of product offerings
- Monitor industry trends and collaborate with the sales team to engage potential channel partners
- Gather feedback from channel partners and relay insights to the product development team for enhancements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar technical sales role within cloud or data security
- Strong knowledge of one of the major cloud provider environments (AWS and/or Azure preferred)
- Fundamental network and database experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Proven experience working with channel partners, VARs, or system integrators

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solution Architect, or Azure Security Engineer Associate
- Knowledge of SFDC and opportunity tracking
- Familiarity with ML/AI, Data Regulatory Frameworks, and Privacy programs
