Job summary

Paychex in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Channel Sales professional to drive new logos through referral partners and outbound outreach. You’ll build trusted relationships with CPAs and clients, selling payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance solutions.

You’ll thrive in a high-activity environment, manage rapid sales cycles, and own the process from prospecting to closing. A 1–5 year sales background and a drive to hit goals will help you succeed at Paychex.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of relevant sales experience.
• Comfort with high activity and fast cycles.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales capacity.
• Leadership experience in work, school, nonprofits, clubs, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.

What You’ll Do

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos
