Paychex is seeking a results-focused Channel Sales professional in the United States. You will generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach, building relationships with CPAs and clients to drive new logos while managing a fast-paced sales cycle.

Channel Sales is where growth happens fastest—for our clients and our people. You’ll work with businesses of 1–99 employees—the entrepreneurs powering local economies—helping them succeed with essential HR, payroll, and compliance solutions.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma - Required
• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
• 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.
