Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program with a graduation date between December 2027 - June 2028.
• Able to participate in a full‑time, hybrid, 10‑week internship between June 2027 to August 2027.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel and relocate.
• Experience in designing end‑to‑end customer journeys powered by dynamic pricing, predictive value realization, or complex MarTech stacks.
• Experience with AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, NotebookLM.

Responsibilities

• You will work on a real project in real time; it’ll be impactful and timely for the business.
• In past summers, interns in the Customer Go to Channel Operations organization have supported channel readiness and go‑to‑market execution for new product launches, promotions, and rate plan changes across Sales and Service channels.
• Partnered cross‑functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, Training, and Technology teams to translate offer details into clear operational workflows.
• Tracked post‑launch channel performance metrics, gathered front‑line feedback, and identified opportunities for process improvements.
